If you’re a mom-to-be in 2025 and you don’t know where to start when it comes to low-toxic, all natural items that are safe and gentle for your new baby, this is great place to start! My husband and I just found out we’re expecting baby #2 later this year and we couldn’t be more thrilled! After being a mom for over a year now, I have a better idea of where to start when it comes to gentle, clean and natural baby products–after some trial and error.
After having my first baby last year, there’s some items I wish I had put on my registry and others that shouldn’t have made the cut. I really was clueless at first when it came to natural baby products. Perhaps you know someone who is interested in low toxic living and is expecting soon!
Think of this as my 2025 baby registry MASTER LIST. I’ll probably make edits and add things to this as I think of more essentials. I’m also going to include some essential postpartum items and things that are good to have for mom as well!

Wifi-Free Baby Monitor
If you’re looking for a monitor that’s affordable and doesn’t rely on wifi, this is a great choice.
Baby Bassinet
Wooden Convertible Baby Crib
Portable Play Mat
Cotton Burp Cloths
100% Cotton Bassinet Sheets
100% Cotton Crib Sheets
Portable Noise Machine
Our baby has really loved the nature sounds this noise machine has.
Diapering

Diaper Rash Balm
I LOVE this stuff! Unlike other diaper creams, this one is olive oil based and made with simple ingredients.
100% Cotton Cloth Diaper Inner Layer
If you’re looking to get into cloth diapering, this company is a great source for all natural fiber diapers.
Water Resistant Cloth Diaper Outer Layer
You can pair a water resistant outer layer with a cotton inner layer that’s gentle on your baby’s skin for daytime use. Add a cotton or bamboo insert (that comes with the outers) for extra dryness overnight.
Large Wet Bag
Easy-to-Install Bidet
If you do plan to do cloth diapers, I highly recommend installing a bidet to help spray poop off of the diapers before you wash them.
Disposable Diapers
This is definitely my favorite company for disposable diapers. They’re a proudly pro-life, Christian company that uses some of their proceeds to support women in need and pregnancy centers.
Disposable Wipes
Reusable Wipes
Portable Changing Pad

Unscented Whipped Tallow Balm
This is definitely my go-to when it comes to moisturizing my baby. Store bought lotions contain a laundry list of ingredients including harmful chemicals. By opting for tallow, you can know exactly what you’re putting on baby’s delicate skin.
Natural Fiber Baby Hair Brush
100% Cotton Velcro Swaddle
We loved using these velcro swaddles in the first few months. We quickly found out that our baby would sleep the most soundly when she was tightly swaddled and these ones stay well wrapped.
Cotton Baby Sleepers
This is the only thing I sometimes struggle to find at thrift stores. I have no problem finding cotton daytime clothes, but a good zipper sleeper can be hard to find.
Unscented Non-Toxic Baby Shampoo/Wash
This baby shampoo is super gentle and is a great unscented option for your baby. It doesn’t have any added fragrance like most baby shampoos, but it does have a nice, clean scent to it.
Organic Vitamin D Drops
If you’re planning to give your baby a vitamin D supplement, this is a great option that you can know and trust the ingredients of. Our doctor prescribed a vitamin D supplement for our newborn and I was uncomfortable with most of the ingredients in it, so I decided to use organic drops instead.
Baby Bottles
This was the only type of bottle my exclusively breastfed baby would take, after much trial and error!
Bottle Warmer
Reusable Silicone Breastmilk Bags
I found that the plastic disposable breastmilk storage bags were leaking, so when I switched to these reusable ones I stopped having issues with leaks.
Glass Baby Food Maker
If you’re making smaller batches of baby food and want to have a way to “set it and forget it,” this is a great option.
Glass Baby Food Jars
Baby Bath Support
We were able to find our Angelcare bath support at a local thrift store!
Bath Seat
Baby Carrier
I made the mistake of putting a $50 baby wrap on my registry, only to find out it just wasn’t for me. I love the ease of use this baby carrier has and I’ve found it to be very comfortable while doing daily tasks or going for walks.
Jogger Stroller
Car Seat, Carrier and Stroller Set
We found this travel system at a local baby consignment store, and I couldn’t recommend it more.
Mama

The First Forty Days (book)
My cousin, who’s a doula, recommended this book to me and I loved it! It has so many nourishing recipes for the postpartum period. It’s a great resource for any new mother.
Anti-Nausea Ginger Honey Drops
I swear by these when it comes to morning sickness! This is the only thing that has helped me!
Nipple Balm
Peri Bottle
I didn’t realize how important it was to use a peri bottle in the postpartum period. If you use it with warm/lukewarm water while you use the bathroom, it can provide some instant relief for tears or cuts.
100% Cotton Postpartum Pads
Witch Hazel Pads
These also provided great relief during those first few weeks after birth.
Cotton Nursing Cover
Cotton Bed Sheets
